Editing Galaxy flutterboo

Soon after the winter ends, beautiful [[Flutterboo]] creatures spring in the plane. On 22nd to 31st March 2019, vendor located in front of the main store in the sim offers limited edition of Galaxy Flutterboos, priced for L$1,000 each.

Each Galaxy Flutterboo will have a +5 for each natural stat, and all will be level 1.
