Pinata Stufflies, Rexies, and Felions
Limited Edition Pinata Creatures are available now! For this special Limited Edition, Krafties will only be releasing 125 of each of the three available species. Ever.
These new pinata types seem to have a few quirky characteristics that make them unique fighters. Where other creatures avoid damage at all costs and seek healing when injured, Pinatas dive headfirst into the fray and appear to shy away from any first aid. What secrets might be found tied to this strange indulgence in danger?
Each creature has a +5 for each natural stat, and all are level 1. They have a special Pinata Soul complete with unique spells not found on any other type, and all have matching affinity bodies. All three vendors are on Krafties Island, and are set to stop dispensing friends after 125 have been sold. Bids for creatures are handled with a Dutch Auction system, with prices ranging from L$2,000 – L$5,000 (described below).
Pinatas contain a special “Guilty Pleasure” trait which buffs the creature’s mental abilities when damage is taken, but debuffs them when healed. Along with that, they possess brand new spell mechanics which a savvy handler may be able to leverage in tandem with their unique traits.
Dutch Auction
For those of you unfamiliar with Dutch Auctions (also known as a reverse auction), this section will explain everything you need to know! In a Dutch Auction, an item starts at its highest possible price (ceiling price), and then that price goes down steadily until it’s sold or it hits its lowest price allowed (floor price). When the item is purchased, the next item becomes available with prices reset to the ceiling price. Rinse, repeat!
For Pinata Creatures, we’ve set a ceiling price of L$5,000 and a floor price of L$2,000, with the price of each creature decreasing by L$250 every 10 minutes until it hits the floor. This process will repeat until all 125 creatures are sold in each vendor! You can wait until the price hits your sweet spot, but be careful or someone might swoop in and snipe your prize out from under you!
The auction is available through vendors on Krafties Island in the main fountain! When the price is right, simply pay a vendor and your item will be delivered!
Birthday Balloons
Birthday Balloons! are here for the week-long celebration! These special, limited items are a more affordable way to purchase flash events for yourself and all your friends! When activated these items float high into the sky signaling the beginning of a random, game-wide event. You can purchase Birthday Balloons either from the Shopping App or on Krafties Island. They’re only on sale through July 31st!
Birthday Cake
Birthday Cake! Throughout the birthday week cake is dropping from wilds as loot. When eaten, Birthday Cake grants double crafting xp from item and soul crafts for 30 minutes. It’s a great way to share the birthday spirit with a big group of Krafties friends, so be sure to stock up while you can!
