You are allowed to take and publish screenshots and videos of your usage of the Services, as long as you do not make a commercial use of them (with the exception of monetizing your own videos on video distribution platforms such as Youtube, which is allowed).

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You are also responsible for giving true information.

Restrictions And Obligations

Returns and Refunds

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed.

Game And Service

Your account is personal to you only.

Unless with the express permission of Krafties, you are not allowed to distribute, copy, give, transfer or make commercial use of our Game or Service (or part of them). This is important to help us stop piracy and fraud.

You can take screenshots or videos of our Game and Service and use them freely as long as you make no commercial use of them. Monetizing via partner programs on a video distribution channel (such as Youtube, Twitch.tv or others) is allowed. Streaming your usage of the Game and Service is also allowed (as well as the placement of ads in the stream).

Ownership Of The Game And Service

Although we give you permission to play our Game and use our Service, we are still the owners of them. We are also the owners of our brands and any content contained in the Game. Therefore, when you pay for our Game, you are buying a permission to play / use our Game and Service in accordance with these terms - you are not buying the Game or Service itself. The only permissions you have in connection with the Game are the permissions set out in these terms.

Ongoing Support

Ongoing support or availability of the Service is not guaranteed. Although it is our goal to provide the Service, as well as any updates for the Service, for as long as possible, we can decide at any time to end their availability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
