New Limited Edition Tomato Oinklers, In Four Different Eye Varieties!

Introducing a new Daily Harvest mechanic!
These Oinklers all have a special Tomato Soul complete with unique spells not found on any other type, and all have matching affinity bodies. Each creature will have a +5 for each natural stat, and all will be level 1. The vendor is near the landing point at Krafties Island and is only be available throughout the month of August. Normal eyed Oinklers are priced at L$2,499, while the three primary color eye options are available at L$2,999. There are no differences between the creatures available except for their eye colors. Grab one while you can!
Tomato types are the first creatures, of hopefully many, to utilize a new “Daily Harvest” mechanic! Once per day, these pets are able to cast the Daily Harvest spell, instantly obtaining a bundle of loot items based around their respective element. Higher level creatures are able to harvest larger bundles! Naturally, Tomato types harvest… Tomatoes! Based on the reception, Krafties will be assessing the idea of monthly Harvest class limited edition pets. It’s possible we may see souls being made for a myriad of the more desirable loot items that have been added with the World of Hunger expansion, and these elemental types making regular returns throughout the year as item demand dictates. Harvest pets should be treated not only as Limited Edition creatures, but viewed as official semi-passive loot generating products that can be purchased from Krafties, with the added bonus that they just so happen to be super cute and fun friends!
Birthday Balloons

Birthday Balloons are here for the birthday celebration! These special, limited items are a more affordable way to purchase flash events for yourself and all your friends! When activated these items float high into the sky signaling the beginning of a random, game-wide event. They’re only on sale through the month of August!
Needs More Salt!

After a week of monitoring the expansion, Krafties has made a few rounds of patches in order to improve a number of areas . One big issue tackled today? Salt shortages!
With the large number of recipe additions and changes made in the expansion, Salt has quickly become a crucial resource. Nearly every food craft now requires it! As players have seen, this creates a bottleneck on the number of food crafts able to be done. This is a very intentional piece of the expansion that plays a part in fighting bots and alt farms running certain item values into the ground (which is why salt creation mechanisms are so intertwined with the new bounty mechanic and limited in regular loot drops), but with these changes being so new, adventurers haven’t had time to accumulate massive stockpiles of the good stuff just yet. That, in turn, is causing some pretty crazy demand in the immediate term! It was initially planned that Time Warp Crystals would provide a big spike in Rock Salt availability, but we can’t blame you all for opting for those beautiful, crisp, ice cold mugs of Beer instead!
So, Krafties Kurios and the Spinner are here to help! AT LEAST throughout the month of August, players can spend their stockpiled KraftieCoins in exchange for Rock Salt and Salt Blueprints! During this time, Krafties will be working to make sure that item balances are set just right so that players are able to collect ample amounts of Salt and other important ingredients (with potentially brand new mechanics to facilitate this), while still being able to use these items as control points to maintain the integrity of the game.
Mining Revamp!

Speaking of Salt… Mining has had a huge quality of life rework! Now, pickaxes auto mine when activated, bringing the mining experience much more in-line with how Fishing works in the world of Krafties. This change allows adventurers to spend less mental energy timing their swings, so they can focus on battling while happily chipping away!
Mining has also proven to be one of the most reliable ways to obtain Rock Salt and other new loot items, so be sure to check it out!
An Ever Evolving Expansion

The World of Hunger expansion brings a MASSIVE rework to the fundamental core of Krafties, in-game economy, pet progression, and other areas. In fact, these changes touch SO MUCH of the game that it was clear balance couldn’t be nailed during the design stage from the get-go. KRAFTIES HUNGERS FOR REAL DATA!
Over the course of the next month, adventurers will notice tweaks and patches touching a myriad of areas of the game, all addressing things related to the expansion. Players have already been incredibly helpful in sharing ideas, telling us where things aren’t working as intended, and stress testing these new systems in different ways. Krafties couldn’t appreciate you all more!
Our goal with this expansion is to give our dedicated players the breath of fresh air that they’ve been wanting, while setting Krafties up with a more sustainable model so we can continue producing fun content for our community. And, while this is a HUGE step, we’re not done just yet!
Here’s to making Krafties better, together! 🍻
Thank you for supporting Krafties! Have fun!
