New Limited Edition Bilunar Flutterboos and Rexies With Dusk Coats!

Limited Edition Dusk coated Bilunar Flutterboo and Rexie creatures are available now! These rarities, said only to appear once in a blue moon, have been lured out of hiding to join us for a short time. Endowed with cosmic abilities, these creatures are able to cast a select few of their combat spells on themselves for a burst of mental clarity at the cost of health. This ability comes perfectly paired with healing and buff mechanics unlike any other type. Thus, a handler’s ability to truly harness the power of the heavens lies in expert timing and decision making. Are you ready?

Each creature will have a +5 for each natural stat, and all will be level 1. They have a special Bilunar Soul complete with unique spells not found on any other type, and all have matching affinity bodies. When purchasing, players have a choice between creatures with normal Bilunar eyes, or special ‘Blue Moon’ eyes. The vendors can be found on Krafties Island, and will only be available from April 18th through May 5th. Normal-eyed creatures are priced at L$2,499, while variants with special Blue Moon eyes are priced at L$2,999.

Surprise Eggs!

Wild krafties seem to be carrying… Surprise Eggs? These fragile, magical objects give a random gift when cracked open! They’re only dropping for a limited time though, so players may want to start collecting them while they’re here. Surprise Eggs will only be around for a week, so get crackin’!

Rare Eggsie Spawns Just In Time For Easter!

It’s that time of the year again, and Krafties is celebrating in a big way. RARE Eggsies have returned! These two coats in particular, TieDye and Globe, have only ever been seen once before, and will only be here for EASTER WEEKEND! If you’re lucky enough to see one in the wild catch it while you can!

Manuscript And Codex Changes!

Recently, Krafties implemented an initial patch (with more coming) intended to overhaul gameplay and level progression. After some feedback and testing, the decision has been made to implement a quick change that will clearly and definitively have some immediate benefits. The level requirement for Manuscript and Codex items has been reduced to Mental Level 8 and 16 respectively.

Please understand that this is not the ONLY patch area that will be re-evaluated and addressed, but rather the lowest hanging fruit that should create some immediate value for players!

A Note On NPC Trades

Some of our dedicated NPC shoppers have noticed over the past few days that new types of Linden Dollar trades have appeared for items such as Auric Energy Cores and Eggcelerators. While we’re still in the testing/monitoring phase and nothing definitive has been decided yet, things are looking promising! Due to the fact that Krafties is seeing strong positive engagement with this new addition, it’s very possible that some extra goodies may start appearing alongside these new offerings. If received well, this is potentially a pivotal change that may have some very positive effects on the sustainability and growth of Krafties. With all of that said, it makes sense to dive into a little bit of how this new mechanic works behind the scenes!

Over the years, the system powering our NPC Trader’s pricing decisions has become more and more dynamic and “intelligent”, and this new addition is no exception! While still experimental, from the outset one of the main goals with designing this system has been to ensure that price points automatically adapt to demand. While the general trades are a bit too complex to dive into, these Linden Dollar trades are more straightforward. In a nutshell, the average asking price for a particular type of item constantly lowers (for all players opening shops) until someone buys, at which point the price increases. Purchases push prices up, non-purchases drive prices down. Simple! There’s a bit more to it when looking at dynamic floors and ceilings (there are control mechanisms in place to ensure that the price can’t rise too high, or fall too low), but in general it is set up as a constant competition between all players to pull the trigger at the perfect time to snag deals while you can, lest someone act before you and shoot the price back up.

Krafties is currently looking at a number of possible new item additions that grant new types of membership, play into quests, add quality of life features and abilities, and add to the secondary market in interesting ways. What valuable new assets might you want to see show up in the shops?

Finally, remember not to miss out on the ongoing Bounty Event and upcoming Celestial Drawing!

Have fun!
