:The purpose of the tags is to get people to notice certain information. Sometimes aimed at the contributors/staff of Krafties, sometimes aimed at the players in general.
 
:*If content needs to be added/changed/updated, the tag can remind them that it needs to be done and tells players that the current content might be lacking in some way.
 
:*If pages are a part of special categories, such as discontinued features or temporarily disabled.
 
:*Sometimes just by adding a tag to a page will also add it to certain categories as long as the tag is in place
 
:*Tags should be removed when they are no longer valid
