Mental Scrolls are given randomly from Loot drops to improve the Mental Attributes of your Kraftie, simply wear the intended Kraftie
rez the chosen scroll and then click the scroll to consume it and you will receive 100 exp towards your Mental Level.
As of March 17, 2013, scrolls will become "no transfer" until further notice. Please make sure you use up all of your transferable scrolls by this date.
