- Krafties guarantees and supports items that are created and sold directly by Krafties Resident.
- If you encounter a problem with a Krafties Original product- please ask for the assistance of a CSR in Krafties Official Group chat, consult the staff Online board located at the front of the Main store for staff that can assist you, or submit a support ticket at Krafties Support.
- Your ticket will be initially addressed within 24-48 hrs. If the issue requires further support from our administrative dept, it will be forwarded to them- where we ask that you allow at least another 48-72 hours for a response from them. - Please keep in mind that if a Krafties item disappears inworld due to a failed rez, sim restart, rollback or an inventory issue, the item cannot be replaced by Krafties. If it is "truly" a Krafties related disappearance, then we support and will replace our product.
- It is very important to take extra special care of your precious Krafties temples. We issue one [FREE] Starter Pack to every player. If you accidentally delete your temples- or they go missing due to an SL issue (as just mentioned above), we cannot replace them.
