This page will contain some guides on how to position your pet using the Pet Menu settings.

  • Elevation lets your pet save the height position so it can wander around at correct height.
    You need to click "elevation" before you begin adjusting the pet's location.
  • Wander decides if your pet moves around your avatar or not
    When disabled, you should be able to position your pet freely without having to use "Elevation"
  • Animations decide if the pet moves it's body when walking/idling/fighting
    When disabled, your pet will stay in it's current pose and not move a muscle

Turning your pet into a "shoulder pet"[edit]

To use your creature as a shoulder Pet is very simple.

  1. Start by wearing your creature.
  2. Resize the pet if desired
  3. Turn "Wander" off
    1. click your pet to open the Pet Menu
    2. Click Settings
    3. click Wander
    4. click Wander Off

Using pet as avatar[edit]

Step 1: Positioning your pet[edit]

To use your creature as your avatar is very simple.

  1. Start by wearing your creature.
  2. Turn "Wander" off
    1. click your pet to open Pet Menu
    2. Click Settings
    3. click Wander
    4. click Wander Off
  3. Once your creature is set, move your kraftie to the center of your avi (Your name-tag is usually right over your center, if you see it)

Step 2: Hiding your avatar body[edit]

  1. Search your SL Inventory for "Invisible Avatar" in your basic library folder and right click then Wear
  2. Now search your SL inventory for "Worn" and detach all attached objects except your kraftie
  3. Congratulations! You're done. Now you can be your favorite Krafties too!
