KRAFTIES GUARANTEES AND SUPPORTS ITEMS THAT ARE CREATED AND SOLD DIRECTLY BY Krafties Resident[edit]

If you encounter a problem with a Krafties Original product- please ask for the assistance of a Moderator in Krafties Official Group chat or submit a support ticket at Krafties Support.
Your ticket will be initially addressed within 24-48 hrs. If the issue requires further support from our administrative dept, it will be forwarded - where we ask that you allow approx 7-10 days for a response from them. Most issues can be resolved within the 24-48 period, but if the ticket has to go to admins- it will take longer, depending on the nature of the issue and the amount of tickets they have in their queue. There are issues that will take longer than 7-10 days to sort, we ask that you be patient during the time frame that the admins are working on your ticket. You will receive a reply via e-mail when your ticket issue has been resolved.

ALL of Krafties items are NO-MOD[edit]

If you attempt to modify any of our original items, they will break and we will not replace them.
