This template will automatically put pages into the Pages with outdated content category.

1= (OPTIONAL) (can be first command unnamed, or speficied as 1=)specify what type (article, category, template)
date= When was this notice applied?
reason= (OPTIONAL) you can state reason for why this section needs to be updated
updated= (OPTIONAL) you can insert when this article/section was updated
part= (OPTIONAL) specify what part of the content needs updating
