  • Krafties guarantees and supports items that are created and sold directly by Krafties Resident.
    If you encounter a problem with a Krafties Original product- please ask for the assistance of a CSR in Krafties Official Group chat, consult the staff Online board located at the front of the Main store for staff that can assist you, or submit a support ticket at Krafties Support.
    Your ticket will be initially addressed within 24-48 hrs. If the issue requires further support from our administrative dept, it will be forwarded to them- where we ask that you allow approx 3-5 days for a response from them. Most issues can be resolved within the 24-48 period, but if the ticket has to go to admins- it will take longer, depending on the nature of the issue and the amount of tickets they have in their queue.
  • Krafties does not guarantee items purchased from other players or from the secondary market.
    If you have purchased an item from someone other than Krafties Resident- and there is a problem with the item/transaction, you will need to contact the seller for support of the product, and/or a refund. Krafties staff will not mediate secondary market transactions. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items you are purchasing from other sellers. Krafties cannot guarantee what is included in boxes, for example box contents or item amounts, nor can we guarantee the authenticity of items that cannot be traced back to an original purchase from Krafties Resident.
  • If you are a seller and there is a problem with an item that someone purchased from you, you can fill out a ticket at www.krafties.com/support and we will look into the issue for you.
  • ALL of Krafties items are "no mod". If you attempt to modify any of our original items, they will break and we will not replace them.
  • Replacement Policy - Please note that if a Krafties item disappears inworld due to a failed rez, sim restart, rollback or an inventory issue, the item cannot be replaced by Krafties. If it is "truly" a Krafties related disappearance, then we support and will replace our product.
    It is very important to take extra special care of your precious Krafties temples. We issue one [FREE] Starter Pack to every player. If you accidentally delete your temples- or they go missing due to an SL issue (as just mentioned above), we cannot replace them.
    We have added ID's to Home Temples that have been updated with the 3.5 Updater. If you "lose" a 3.5 Home Temple, please fill out a support ticket at www.krafties.com/support, and we will look into replacing it for you.
  • SUPPORT OF PRE v3.5/4.0 TEMPLES
    Please keep in in mind that Krafties only guarantees Temples that are purchased directly from Krafties Resident. In order to protect your Linden dollars, please do not buy temples from anyone that are pre v3.5/4.0. There have been temples sold on the Marketplace and by group members that are not Krafties originals, and therefore we will not replace or update them.
    Also, please keep in mind that we reserve the right not to update any temples that are pre v3.5/4.0 if we cannot verify that they were purchased from Krafties Resident.
  • SUPPORT OF PRE-V4.0 GOLD AND SILVER MEMBERSHIP VOUCHERS
    All membership vouchers are now inserted directly into your HUD when purchased from Krafties Resident. There are also vouchers for sale on the secondary market. If you do make a purchase from anyone other than Krafties Resident, please make sure the voucher is packaged in one of the new v4.0 Packages. Krafties reserves the right to not support old vouchers that cannot be verified as purchases from Krafties Resident directly or that are not packaged in our official Packages. If you did purchase a voucher from another player, and it is not working, please contact the seller and they will need to file a support ticket to have the issue looked into.
