This template is to indicate outdated content

Usage

• 1= (can be first command unnamed, or speficied as 1=)specify what typ (article, category, template), default will be referred to as page
• date= When was this notice applied?
• reason= (OPTIONAL) you can state reason for why this section needs to be updated
• updated= (OPTIONAL) you can insert when this article/section was updated
