  • Krafties guarantees and supports items that are created and sold directly by Krafties Resident.
  • If you encounter a problem with a Krafties Original product- please ask for the assistance of a CSR in Krafties Official group chat, consult the staff Online board located at the front of the Main store for staff that can assist you, or submit a support ticket at www.krafties.com/support.
  • Your ticket will be initially addressed within 24-48 hrs. If the issue requires further support from our administrative dept,

it will be forwarded to them- where we ask that you allow at least another 48-72 hours for a response from them. Most issues can be resolved within the 24-48 period, but if the ticket has to go to admins- it will take longer, depending on the nature of the issue and the amount of tickets they have in their queue.

  • Items that are purchased from other players/the secondary market are NOT guaranteed by Krafties, and might not be supported. It *depends on the issue with the item purchased. The administrative team would be the ones to determine if a secondary market item can be sorted.
  • If you have purchased an item from someone other than Krafties Resident- and there is a problem with the transaction, you will need to contact *the seller for support of the product, and/or a refund. Krafties staff will not mediate secondary market transactions.
  • ALL of Krafties items are "no mod". If you attempt to modify any of our original items, they will break and we will not replace them.
  • Please keep in mind that if a Krafties item disappears inworld due to a failed rez, sim restart, rollback or an inventory issue, the item cannot be replaced by Krafties. If it is "truly" a Krafties related disappearance, then we support and will replace our product.
