Banners (templates)

They insert a table of links and a category to the page

Name	Code	Description
Elements Banner	{{Banner_Elements}}	Adds a table containing a list of Elements

Tags (Notices)

The tags/notices serve double purpose. They declare in a very notifiable way that a page is in need of attention AND add the page to the appropriate category.

Name	Code	Description
Unavailable	{{Tag Unavailable}}	It add a banner "this item/feature is currently not available" and add the Unavailable Category
Discontinued	{{Tag Discontinued}}	It adds a banner "this item/feature has been discontinued
