Troubleshooting

This page has some Troubleshooting methods you can try out, which can solve simple problems.

• If this page does not help, then try the following
  1. Try asking in the Krafties Official group, other players might be able to help
  2. If nobody there can help, then you should contact a Krafties CSR for assistance
  3. If there is no online Krafties CSR, you can post a Ticket
• Re-attaching pet solves most minor problems (detach pet, then attach again)

Player Troubles

I cannot rez my items/temples!

1. Find the group which allows you to rez, and make it your active group ("Krafties Official" when on Krafties Island)
   • Now you should be able to rez (on Krafties Island you need to be within the Crafting Hangout or other designated Rez Areas)

I failed to rez, now my item is gone!

1. Relog, it should bring your items back to inventory
   • Remember to have correct active group before trying to rez again

Pet Troubles

My pet cannot rez Shadows!

1. Find the group which allows you to rez, and make it your active group ("Krafties Official" when on Krafties Island)
2. Now re-attach your pet, while wearing the correct group
   • If you're not in an area that allows rezzing (Crafting Hangout or Rez Areas when on Krafties Sim), then of course your pet wont rez a shadow

My pet looks weird (missing parts)!

1. Try re-attaching the pet

My pet cannot use it's spells!

• Check if your pet is Current Version (if it needs Updating)
• If it's a new pet, try setting their Active Battle Spell
  1. Touch your pet to open the Pet Menu
  2. Choose "Battles", there you can find "Set Spell"
• Use the "Spell Reloader" if previous options didn't work
  1. Go to the Krafties Store on Krafties Sim
  2. locate the "spell reloader" which is on the floor by the updaters. (Looks like a blue puddle)
  3. Touch it to reload your pet's spells, everything should be fine now.

Temple Troubles

The Temple doesn't notice my pet!

1. Check if your Temple and Pet are the Current Version (if it needs to be updated)
2. Try re-attaching your pet (detach, and attach again)
   • Also try to re-rez your temple if re-attaching pet wasn't enough

We just finished crafting, but my pet is still "linked" to Temple (Particle Chain)

• This happens if you link to a Crafting Temple and also get a "temple is already full" message, mainly happens when many people are competing for the last spot and get through at the same time

1. You need to re-attach pet, because if your pet is still producing a "particle chain" connecting it to the Crafting Temple after a Crafting session has finished, then a glitch has occured
   • Crafting Leader can also "Clear Craft" or re-rez the Crafting Temple, it also solves the problem. But re-attaching pet is simpler for everybody.
   • If you try to link to the temple again while this problem persists, then temple will not really notice you (and therefor not give you Experience)

Crafting Temple Froze! and everyone's particle chain stopped

1. Only thing to do about it is to re-rez the Crafting Temple
   • You do not loose the ingredients when it happens, so don't worry
   • Temple won't continue the craft, doesn't matter how long you wait for that progress bar to fill up.

Item Troubles

Why am I not getting my Loot or Unbonded!?

1. Did you accidently mute Krafties Resident? That is the user account that handles all deliveries, so muting/blocking him will prevent deliveries
2. It could be the delivery servers lagging
3. The sims where the delivery servers are located could also be restarting
   • Restarts are a regular thing that happens every Tuesday on SL, reffered to as "Rolling Restarts" since it happens to all sims during that day one after another. Sim will only be offline temporarily when the restart happens.
