Krafties Official Products
Krafties guarantees and supports items that are created and sold directly by Krafties Resident.
Items that are purchased from other players/the secondary market are NOT guaranteed and will NOT be supported.
If you encounter a problem with a Krafties Original product- please submit a support ticket at www.krafties.com/support. Your ticket will be initially addressed within 24-48 hrs. If the issue requires further support from our administrative dept, it will be forwarded to them- where we ask that you allow at least another 48-72 hours for a response from that dept.
If you have purchased an item from someone other than Krafties Resident- you will need to contact that person for support of the product, and/or a refund. Krafties staff will not mediate secondary market transactions.
