The Alchemy spells can be used by any element, and is required in order to use the Mental Tablets

Each individual pet needs to do the quest in order to earn the spell
If you re-bonded your pet (used Soul Extractor), the pet needs to do the quest again for the spell
You may also gain the Low Alchemy spell by wearing a Talisman of Low Alchemy
Low alchemy is 1X the base XP when converting
