  • Krafties guarantees and supports items that are created and sold directly by Krafties Resident.
  • Items that are purchased from other players/the secondary market are NOT guaranteed and will might not be supported. It depends on the issue with the item purchased. The administrative team would be the ones to determine if a secondary market item can be sorted.
  • If you encounter a problem with a Krafties Original product- please submit a support ticket at www.krafties.com/support.

Your ticket will be initially addressed within 24-48 hrs. of the product, and/or a refund. Krafties staff will not mediate secondary market transactions.

  • Please keep in mind that if a Krafties item disappears inworld due to a failed rez, sim restart, rollback or an inventory issue, the item cannot be replaced by Krafties. If it is "truly" a Krafties related disappearance, then we support and will replace our product.
