Krafties guarantees and supports items that are created and sold directly by Krafties Resident.
Items that are purchased from other players/the secondary market are NOT guaranteed and will NOT be supported.
If you encounter a problem with a Krafties Original product- please submit a support ticket at www.krafties.com/support. Your ticket will be initially addressed within 24-48 hrs. If the issue requires further support from our administrative dept, please allow at least 48-72 hrs for an initial response.
If you have purchased an item from someone other than Krafties Resident- you will need to contact that person for support of the product, and/or a refund. Krafties staff will not mediate secondary market transactions.
