Please keep in mind that if a Krafties item disappears inworld due to a failed rez, sim restart, rollback or an inventory issue, the item cannot be replaced by Krafties. If it is "truly" a Krafties related disappearance, then we support and will replace our product.

Krafties guarantees and supports items that are created and sold directly by Krafties Resident.

Items that are purchased from other players/the secondary market are NOT guaranteed and will NOT be supported.

If you encounter a problem with a Krafties Original product- please submit a support ticket at www.krafties.com/support. Your ticket will be initially addressed within 24-48 hrs. If the issue requires further support from our administrative dept, it will be forwarded to them- where we ask that you allow at least another 48-72 hours for a response from them.
