Updating pre v4.0 Krafties

To keep up with what is the current version of Krafties, you need to do updates whenever they come out. If you fall too far behind, then you might get in some trouble and need to ask for help from a Krafties CSR. Dont be shy to ask for help, they are there to help.

How to Update

1. To update, you go to Krafties Island and find the update boxes on the Krafties Store wall (of course updates are free)
   • There is usually a notecard manual for each updater, or the updater itself might have hover-text explaining what you need to rez
2. Find a place where you have permissions to rez (Crafting Hangout while wearing Krafties Official group tag works)
   1. Rez the updater
   2. Rez the items that need updating
   3. Touch the updater itself and begin the update process
   4. The updater (box) will now begin jumping to the objects it is updating, one by one
3. wait for the updater to finish, picking up something before it's done can break it
4. The updater declares when it is finished, you may pick up your things now

The Update Boxes (they do your updating)

Before starting 3.5 update

• Your home temple needs to be version 3.1 before starting, else you will loose it, and it might be unrecoverable.
• You might need to be on Krafties Island to do the 3.5 update for the updater to work

3.2 updater

The 3.2 updater
Updates Items	becomes version
Krafties Pets	3.2
Home Temples	3.1
Crafting Temples	3.1
Battle Temples	3.0

• note: if the Krafties pet has "Limited Functionality", then the updater wont fix them. Please post a ticket for support

3.5 updater (Do the 3.2 update FIRST)

The 3.5 updater (for Home Temples and Giant Temple only)
Updates Temples	becomes version
Home Temple v3.1	3.5
Giant Temples	3.5

• note: if your Home Temple is not v3.1, then you need to run the previous update first (the 3.2 updater).
