The tags/notices serve double purpose. They declare in a very notifiable way that a page is in need of attention AND add the page to the appropriate category.

• These tags are ment for the top of pages, but not elusively. Its only because that's where they grab the most attention, and are easy to remove when it has served it's purpose.
• add message= to insert a message, and some of the tags allow you to add a title=.

It is best to place tags at the top of a page so it can be seen instantly. A tag will appear anywhere in the page where the template is used, but it is advised to add them to the top. Each of these templates has the option to be filled with a message to explain why the tag was placed there, please use that option if possible (more info on the templates) Check out the categories linked to the tags, to see if you could help sort something out If you remove the optional commands, such as title=, then the template will just use it's default text. If you do not plan to use those commands then please remove them.
