Powerup slots

October of 2021 powerup slots were introduced retroactively on all old souls and bonded pets.

Souls, and by proxy bonded creatures, have a brand new attribute: Powerup Slots! Powerup Slots allow a bonded creature to absorb and internalize mythical items, such as the new Golden Apples, which give your creature enhanced abilities. Two powerup slots? Your creature can consume two Golden Apples. Three powerup slots? There are even reports of 4 slots being crafted at high level crafting sessions. Well, you get the idea.

Many of our long-time players know that when crafting souls, at a certain point the levels of the resulting soul hit a limit and instead the chance of crafting a high quality soul increases. Powerup slots pick up right where that cap kicks in! Crafting with high level krafties is the only way to obtain souls with more than two available powerup slots, and the resulting number of possible slots continuously increases as crafters move their way on up to our level 60 level cap.

By now, if you’ve been playing for a bit you may be familiar with Golden Apples. These items are only found via NPC trades and have incredible properties which permanently raise ALL of a creature’s natural skills in exchange for one powerup slot. Now, there are three brand new offerings floating around: Golden Spinach, Golden Peas, and Golden Broccoli!

These items function similarly to Golden Apples with one key distinction: different Golden consumables raise specific, targeted groups of stats, allowing players a meaningful choice when building out their pets. Maybe one of your creatures will benefit from a pure combat boost, while others may benefit from mental boosts or crafting abilities.

The only way to attain these items is through conducting high-level trades in NPC shops, or purchasing them from the secondary market!

Mythical items

Golden Apples

• Golden apples can be acquired in high level trades int the NPC shops.
• Feeding this mythical item to your active Kraftie permanently raises its natural stats by 16 points! (+2 to EACH stat)

Golden Broccoli

• This item was introduced in November 2022 through trades in the NPC shops.
• Feeding this mythical item to your active Kraftie permanently raises its natural mental stats by 12 points! (+4 to each MENTAL stat)

Golden Peas

• Feeding this mythical item to your active Kraftie permanently raises its natural crafting stats by 6 points! (+6 to CRAFTING stat)

Golden Spinach

• This item was introduced in November 2022 through trades in the NPC shops.
• Feeding this mythical item to your active Kraftie permanently raises its natural combat stats by 12 points! (+3 to each COMBAT stat)
