Players are able to capture wild creatures after weakening them in battle:
 +

 +
# Fight a wild creature until its health orb is weakened.
 +
# Move up closer with the net attached and left click to swing the net.
 +
# If the creature is weakened enough, it'll disappear and you'll receive a message saying it has been captured.
 +
# A dialog box will appear showing the creature you captured. Click "Accept" to take it into your inventory.
 +

Once you captured a wild creature, you can rez them on the ground to check their natural abilities or to combine with a soul to create a bonded creature.
