The game involves an adventure where you catch your own species of pet called a Kraftie, and empower them with souls you have crafted. Once bonded, the creatures gain specialized battle and crafting skills which you can use to defeat wild creatures or other player owned Krafties.

There are no specific objectives of the game, as it is designed to allow players to choose their own goals while interacting with the creatures and other players. Players can train their Kraftie(s) to become dominant warriors, take on challenging quests and tasks, or craft a wide variety of items and addons which can be resold to fellow players.

Krafties started development in ''January 2012'' and is an open ended MMORPG which plans to extend to a web version and lots of updates in the future.

*Krafties guarantees and supports items that are created and sold directly by Krafties Resident. 

*If you encounter a problem with a Krafties Original product- please ask for the assistance of a CSR in Krafties Official group chat, consult   the staff Online board located at the front of the Main store for staff that can assist you, or submit a support ticket at www.krafties.com/support. 

*Your ticket will be initially addressed within 24-48 hrs. If the issue requires further support from our administrative dept, it will be forwarded to them- where we ask that you allow at least another 48-72 hours for a response from them. Most issues can be resolved within the 24-48 period, but if the ticket has to go to admins- it will take longer, depending on the nature of the issue and the amount of tickets they have in their queue.

*Items that are purchased from other players/the secondary market are '''NOT''' guaranteed by Krafties, and '''might not''' be supported. It depends on the issue with the item purchased. The administrative team would be the ones to determine if a secondary market item can be sorted. An example of this type of item would be a home temple that isn't spawning wilds, an amulet that isn't working properly, or a Gold Membership that wont activate. These are just some examples. 

*If you have purchased an item from someone other than Krafties Resident- and there is a problem with the transaction, you will need to contact the seller for support of the product, and/or a refund. Krafties staff will not mediate secondary market transactions. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items you are purchasing from other sellers. Krafties cannot guarantee what is included in boxes, for example box contents or item amounts. We also cannot guarantee that the items that you are purchasing are actually made by Krafties. Any item that is not created by Krafties Resident will not be supported by Krafties.  

*ALL of Krafties items are "no mod". If you attempt to modify any of our original items, they will break and we will not replace them.

*Please keep in mind that if a Krafties item disappears inworld due to a failed rez, sim restart, rollback or an inventory issue, the item cannot be replaced by Krafties. If it is "truly" a Krafties related disappearance, then we support and will replace our product.

*It is very important to take extra special care of your precious Krafties temples. We issue one [FREE] Starter Pack to every player. If you accidentally delete your temples- or they go missing due to an SL issue (as just mentioned above), we cannot replace them.
