Update #1[edit]

Krafties Update #1

To Update:
1. Detach and rez your kraftie(s)
2. Rez crafting temples, battle temples
3. EMPTY ALL ENERGY FROM YOUR KRAFTIES TO NEW HUD
4. Rez the update
5. Click updater, then click Update and wait.

You will be given updater, home temples, new nets, extended gold membership, owed stipend, owed energy and normal gold/silver capsules automatically as we roll through.

If your objects will not update:
Check you have enough prims to rez
Check your objects are all in script enabled land
Make sure objects are inworld, not worn


We are very sure there will other issues and maybe even some of these issues may not be 100% completed yet.  Please report anything you may find to a Moderator or suggestions on the main site.

REMOVE ALL OLD ENERGY FROM OLD CAPSULES, KRAFTIES AND OLD HUD IMMEDIATELY.


To update your items, simply rez your updater in the same region/sim/parcel as your items.  Then click Start.
Your updater will search every Krafties item rezzed in the updaters region and only update what is needed.
*Make sure anything you are updating is rezzed inworld, not attached.

MAKE SURE YOU DETACH EVERYTHING AND REZ INWORLD FOR AN UPDATE.

- GENERAL

    Added new startup message, explaining about Elevation
    Removed public say when someone invited.  Was causing confusion.
    Replace landmark
- REPLACE INFO BUTTON IN MAIN MENU WITH PLAYER SUB MENU
    Gives the ability to check your own personal stats
    Check membership stats
- FIXED & IMPROVED ENERGY TRANSFERRING
    Sometimes failing when purchase energy fountain
    Sometimes failing when claiming Daily Chest
    Sometimes would flash new energy amount then revert
- FIXED CRAFTING
    There was issue which would give the message, "Craft leader never ansered in time" and deduct materials.  If this has happened to you in the past, contact us immediately so we can return your items.
    Fixed the Gold Membership benefit of 15% discount from crafting cost.  Although, we have reduced the cost by a further 10%, now 25% discount.    
- FIXED MEMBERSHIP VOUCHER ACTIVATION
    Creature could not determine whether owner was a member, rerez was needed
    Added a feature to automatically cool down instantly on temples already cooling down - Must activate in the same region/sim as your cooling down temples
    Added Silver & Gold Energy capsules
    Daily stipend now sending energy
- FIXED & IMPROVED MOVEMENT
    Sometimes would move upto 20m down (Hopefully.. This is a pain in the butt, may need more testing)
    Fixed issue where if your creature was inworld (un attached) and you try battle, creature would move underground (Hopefully.. This is a pain in the butt, may need more testing)
- IMPROVED OVERALL LEVEL CALCULATION
    The old calculation was a bit too complex and confusing.  Recalculated overall level to be the average of all your creatures skills
- FIXED SHADOW BATTLE HEALTH PRIM ERROR
    The health prim would sometimes error when spawned
- FIXED MULTI SPELLS, DISABLED SPAM ATTACKING
    Creatures inworld and Worn would attach
- FIXED AFFINITY ISSUE
    Affinity was being random when you have enough Affinity to stop consumption.  (We are raising the Daily gift chest prizes for 3 days to hopefully replace the lost energys over the 4 days.  Just dont gamble!)
- FIXED DOUBLE ENERGY REWARD FOR INVITING FRIENDS
    There was an issue which was still only sending Single prize for Gold Members (All energy you are owed, will be given to you.  For all the invites you have done since being a gold member)
- DISCOVERED KRAFTIES CAN BE YOUR AVATAR
    We know Krafties is flexible but we have discovered you can totally use your Kraftie as your avatar
    Made a few minor tweaks to make the animations and movement more suitable
    Krafties will now stay where you position them once Wander is off
- ADDED "STATS" BUTTON FOR NON-OWNERS WHEN NOT ATTACHED
    Now non owners can see stats if not worn, from main menu
- REMOVED ENERGY COST FROM HEALING SPELLS
    Spells now heal for no energy cost although, you are limited to how often you can heal
- CHANGED INVITING PRIZES AND REWARD
    Added 50% more reward for inviting but invitee must now reach level 3
    

--- CRAFTING TEMPLE---

- GENERAL

    Increased the length of time a craft temple leader can response
    Added an extra startup message to explain about not rezzing near parcel edges
-  NO LONGER NEED HUD TO CRAFT
- FIXED THE ISSUE WHERE MORE THAN 10 COULD LINK SOMETIMES
    Sometimes a temple would let more than 10 link their creature.
- FIXED STACKHEAPING WHEN CRAFTING
    This would happen more often when crafting with a full temple and the option of more items (Usually when you have lots of recipes)
- ADDED NEW FEATURE WHERE YOU CAN CHOOSE THE SOUL YOU WANT TO CRAFT
    If you wanted to choose a specific soul, it would be random.  You can now choose what you would like to craft instead
-  ADDED NEW CRAFTABLE FOODS
    
--- BATTLE TEMPLE ---
- REMOVED ALL ENERGY RELATED FEATURES
    Removed any energy staking and consumption until PVP battles run much smoother
    
--- HOME TEMPLE ---
        We have already sent out this updater as a standalone, although we have included in this tobe sure you get the latest
- FIXED SOME DEFORMED WILD CREATURES
    Some wilds would mix up appearance and generate nano/deformed creatures (You may notice sometimes spawning is slightly slower, but cannot be avoided)
    Looting would have delivery errors
- FIXED GREY EYES
    Some wilds would spawn with grey/unloaded eyes

    Now your hud loads your inventory from external servers to protect your inventory
    You can wear any new HUD to load that appearance now.  Items not stored in the HUD itself
- FIXED STATS BUTTON
    Sometimes HUD would say that you don't have pet attached, when it was.

The main new changes are listed below.  This should cover most of the known issues.  We are still working on upgrading the whole Krafties Battle System for the Krafties PVP Battles and this should be expected finished by the next update with some great surprises.  

This update has focused alot on the backend of Krafties to give us much more flexibility to bring new content and ideas out quicker in the future.

This updater will update: Krafties Creatures (Bonded & Unbonded), Home, Battle & Crafting Temples


Krafties Creature - Bonded & Unbonded
    Fixed experience losses
        Some people was experiencing level and experience loss mainly when crashing.  All attributes are now stored as backup on the cloud server and will revert to correct stats if lost
    Multiple attachments support
        Krafties now support multiple attachments.  You can use as many spare prims that are left on the creatures, usually around 5-6 prims
    Upgraded animation system
        Added more support for different types of movement/transportation
    Shadow Rezzing Improved 
        Issues with shadows rezzing fixed
        
        
Crafting Temple
    Infinicraft
        We have now added a new object into crafting.  This will give us the ability to add alot more flexible items when crafting, including mesh and unlimited prims.  
This will become more apparent as we release new objects.
    Crafting Soul Choice
        Fixed soul choice issues from crafting temple when crafting Souls
    Gold members need 250E to craft a soul, even if it cost 187E
        Fixed issues where craft leaders would need 250E even if the soul only cost 187E
    Crafting Experience reduces
        Sometimes people would get around 10 Exp when crafting souls, this has been fixed
    Cancel Button not working on temple
        Fixed

Battle Temple  
    Battle logs fixed
    
Home Temple
    Added more support for different range of wilds in the future
    
    
Whats next?

We're working on a whole new Battle System for Krafties which will give us the ability to add unlimited spells, effects and battle features easier.  This will also improve PVP and we may make it possible to have danger zones where you can battle directly.  

With this update we have upgraded alot of things behind the scenes that will make it more possible to do a wide range of different new features without updating each time.  This is where we can begin to start releasing alot more content without the the restrictions we faced before.

There is alot of suggestions people have been posting at Ideascale and we are watching them closely and taking alot of positive feedback from them, 
and we'll continue to implement as much as we can as we go.

Krafties Update 3.0 Information

You can obtain your Krafties Updater 3.0 from the main Krafties island or the updater will be available shortly after release via group notices in the Krafties Official group.
 
 
 We have changed a significant amount of the system to allow us alot more flexibility when it comes to future content and features.  We have a huge amount of ideas and work in progress.  We will continue to work on all of these and release them gradually in the near future.  This update will be our biggest core update and will give us access to a whole new endless realm of possibilities
 
 
 
 QUICK START
 
- Once you have obtained your 3.0 Updater, locate to a parcel where you have permission to build and use scripts.
- Detach your pet and rez anything inworld you would like to update
- Rez your updater prim nearby and click to start updating

Your updater object will update everything nearby.



Here is a list of changes, this list wont contain every single change although it will give you an idea of the main changes.

CREATURE CHANGES
- Felion Released!
- Creatures Mental Skillset
    We have now added 3 new skills to your creatures skillset.  Intellect, Focus and Fortitude.  This will lower your overall level as these new levels are a part of your overall levels.  These skills are similar to Attack, Strength and Defense although rather than physical damage attacks, these are designed more for mental attacks.  Currently these will be able to be progressed by collecting special Scrolls drops from wilds and then converted into experience.  We also plan to offer many more ways such as item conversion and more.
- Battles & Spells Improvement
    We have completely changed the whole of the battles system, to allow us alot more flexibility and storage when it comes to future abilities and spells. PVP battles has been completely redesigned and there is now Mana and Energy options along with a new battle mode called Team Turns to add much more pace and strategy to your player battles.
- Elemental Affinity
    Unbonded new catches will now appear with a random elemental affinity.  Bonding with the desired affinity will produce a glowing special pet
- Captcha
    With the issue of many automatic training bots, there is now a random captcha process.  Simply enter the random code to continue with your training.
- Healing
    You can now heal every 60 seconds and during battle
    You can now heal other people
- More support for future elements
- Fixed sounds on some spells
- Fixed Stack heap in Proxy Scripts
- Added Web View, web based control
    Added web based control and we will continue to work on this and keep improving depending on feedback.
- Added support for more sounds and effects
- Added Volume Control
- Changed some spell effects to less intrusive, example: Spores
- Added Cast Spell Button
    This will give us alot more options to unlock new abilties and spells in the future
- Moved hovertext settings to Settings
- Added Optional Spell Alerts
- Fixed Orb Mode Attachments Bug
- Changed prestige to 3 new Prestige
    Prestige will now be ranked by your Combat, Mental & Crafting.  You can see your 3 prestiges from Stats
- Fixed Invite text
- Fixed storing spell and text settings
- Fixed negative experience issues
    This may happen once if you update but then it will correct itself and wont need to again.
- Soul extractor experience levels fixed
- New and improved Scripters API

CRAFTING TEMPLE
- Fixed menus
    Sometimes in very busy places, people need to click more than once to Link
- Increased basic soul experience to 100 experience
- Fixed Infinicraft item support
- Added more control on items and experience
- Added support for new elements and recipes
- Fixed some stack heap issues
- Fixed soul crafting where you could craft 10 souls

HOME TEMPLES
- Added further support for more pets
- Added mental abilities to Wilds & Giants
- Added new battle behaviours for Giants

- Added accessible data in Wild and Giants for Scripting Third Party objects

BATTLE TEMPLES
- Redesigned PVP Battles

- Added Energy Support (5% fee)
- Added Mana limits
    Mana is another strategic method of defeating your opponents.   As you unlock more spells in the future they will consume higher mana.  Running out of mana during battle forces you to be eliminated.

- Improved menu control
- Fixed buggy menus

HUD
- Fixed Base and Proxy Stack Errors
