  • Krafties guarantees and supports items that are created and sold directly by Krafties Resident.
    If you encounter a problem with a Krafties Original product- please ask for the assistance of a CSR in Krafties Official Group chat, consult the staff Online board located at the front of the Main store for staff that can assist you, or submit a support ticket at Krafties Support.
    Your ticket will be initially addressed within 24-48 hrs. If the issue requires further support from our administrative dept, it will be forwarded - where we ask that you allow approx 7-10 days for a response from them. Most issues can be resolved within the 24-48 period, but if the ticket has to go to admins- it will take longer, depending on the nature of the issue and the amount of tickets they have in their queue. There are issues that will take longer than 7-10 days to sort, we ask that you be patient during the time frame that the admins are working on your ticket. You will receive a reply via e-mail when your ticket issue has been resolved.
  • Krafties does not guarantee items purchased from other players or from the secondary market.
    If you have purchased an item from someone other than Krafties Resident- and there is a problem with the item/transaction, such as a malfunction or other issue, you will need to contact the seller for support of the product. Krafties staff will not mediate secondary market transactions. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items you are purchasing from other sellers. Krafties cannot guarantee what is included in boxes, for example box contents or item amounts, nor can we guarantee the authenticity of items that cannot be traced back to an original purchase from Krafties Resident.
  • SUPPORT OF KRAFTIES TEMPLES,STANDARD/TINY NETS and MINING ROCKS
    Please keep in mind that we reserve the right not to update/service any temples, nets or Mining Rocks if we cannot verify that they were purchased by you, directly from Krafties Resident. We must have a record of your purchase in order to continue with any support. We will not update/service any of the mentioned items if they were purchased on the secondary market or from another player.
    You will need to go back to the seller and have them submit a support ticket for the service/update (providing THEY purchased the items directly from Krafties.. Krafties only guarantees temples, nets and Mining Rocks purchased by you, directly from Krafties Resident.


  • REGARDING PURCHASING PRE v4.0 KRAFTIES CREATURES
    We advise that you do not purchase any Krafties Bonded Creatures that are not updated to the most current version v4.0.

Krafties reserves the right not to update any Creatures that are pre-v4.0. When purchasing Krafties that are not in the official Krafties "Package", designed to work with the new HUD, we advise that you ask the seller to update the Kraftie for you before you purchase.


  • REGARDING PURCHASING PRE v4.0 KRAFTIES ITEMS
    We advise that you do not purchase any Krafties items that are not updated to v4.0.

Krafties reserves the right not to update any items that are pre-v4.0. When purchasing items and they are not in the official Krafties "Package", designed to work with the new HUD, we advise that you ask the seller to update the items for you before you purchase.



  • If you are a seller and there is a problem with an item that someone purchased from you, you can fill out a ticket at www.krafties.com/support and we will look into the issue for you.
  • ALL of Krafties items are "no mod". If you attempt to modify any of our original items, they will break and we will not replace them.
  • Krafties does not offer refunds on purchases. It is important to make sure you are informed about our products before making your purchases.
  • Replacement Policy
    Please note that if a Krafties item disappears inworld due to a failed rez, sim restart, rollback or an inventory issue, we will do our best to help you recover your item, but please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed.
  • We have added ID's to Home, Crafting and Giant Temples that have been updated with the v3.5 updater and higher. If you "lose" a temple that has been updated with at least the 3.5 updater, please fill out a support ticket at www.krafties.com/support, and we will look into replacing it for you. We cannot replace any prior versions, unless it is one of your Free Starter Pack Temples.

  • Pre v4.0 Gold and Silver Membership vouchers will no longer be updated. The deadline to update the vouchers was 4/7/15
