Players inviting

Active player "invites" new players (owner touches their own pet)

When a current Krafties owner touches their own Pet and then selects"Invite". A pop up will appear and they can then select the invitees name from the drop down and invite them.
The person that is invited receive a Krafties "Necessity Pack" that will get you started on their adventure. Rez it in an area where they have rez rights, open it and "add to current outfit". An app window will magically open and get them started with their first Kraftie and all of the basic items needed to begin the game.
In order for them to start using that Kraftie, they must obtain a necessity pack from the Krafties Main store, add the HUD to their current outfit, and go through the process of the start up app.
They will receive a starter Kraftie for completing the app.
After they complete the app, they can then activate the Kraftie you sent them either via Package or HUD transfer.
Established Krafties members can also "gift" a bonded Kraftie to a friend.

Touch anyone's active Kraftie and choose "Join!"
By touching a "Rexie Statue" that invites you to the game

Elemental Temples (self invite)

This is another way to join Krafties and it allows you to choose a basic element for starter creature (this only works if you have not accepted an invite before)

Locate the Elemental Temple representing your preferred element
Stand in front of it and touch the temple
You will receive a Krafties "Necessity Pack" that will get you started on your adventure. Rez it in an area where you have rez rights, open it and "add to current outfit". An app window will magically open and get you started with your first Kraftie and all of the basic items needed to begin the game.

Get a Necessity Pack

Get a Necessity Pack from the back of the Krafties store (marble platform- green box) (self invite)

Getting started

Joining krafties will register your username with the Krafties server. The joining process only happens once, so be careful not to decline your starter pack that is delivered to you soon during the "start-up application".

First time using the Necessity Pack

Rez and touch your Necessity Pack to unpack it.
- Choose "copy to inventory"
- You need to be in a place where you have permission to rez (try creating a prim to be sure).
- If you accidentally tried to rez without permission, then all you need to do is relog to see your no-copy items again.
Add the necessity pack to your avatar
- Right click the folder and "Add to your current outfit"
- It contains 3 objects: your HUD, creature attachment and tool attachment.
The HUD will automatically display on your screen and you will be guided through the Start-Up application
- This is where your Krafties adventure officially begins!!!
- If the start-up application doesn't automatically open for you when you initially wear the HUD, then simply detach your Krafties HUD and reattach it to your avatar.
- In this application you will see your first Kraftie bond with its elemental soul. After its bonded, you will also be able to name it. Once you complete the start up process, you officially become a Krafties Handler!

The Krafties Starter Pack

During the start up process, you will be sent a Krafties Starter Pack. It contains your free set of temples and extras.

Krafties Home Temple [FREE]

The Home temple will spawn creatures that your pet will be able to fight. This allows you to play the game in any place that allows you to rez.

You need to rez and use the "Krafties Home Temple Distribution Validator" to get your Home temple (please do not open the object).

Krafties Crafting Temple [FREE]

The Crafting Temple allows you to create items and gain experience while doing so

Krafties Battle Temple: The Battle temple allows you to do PvP battles against other players.
Krafties Extras (folder): A folder containing textures, group inviters and a "rexie statue" that invites people to the game.

Basic Information about the HUD

Using your HUD will take a little practice. The HUD is interactive and the more practice you have at opening the various apps and features, the better you will get. It will become second nature. Lets get started!

Information regarding the HUD

The actual HUD can be moved anywhere on your screen.
Please do not change the HUD Attachment Point, just "edit" to move the HUD on screen.
If you click the "Krafties" logo on your HUD- you will see a pop up menu that gives you the option to resize. You can make the HUD bigger or smaller depending on your preferences.
The individual Icons under the KRAFTIES logo act as the icons do for your cell phone apps. You can click them and drag them to any desired location on your monitor. (some players have found that dragging each app icon up to cover the Krafties logo saves space on your viewer)
Re-attaching your HUD will reset the icons and apps to their original layout.

Opening application windows.

The basic apps are easily opened with the HUD icons:
1. Krafties Home, where your creatures and souls are
2. Inventory, where your Items and Tools are
3. Creature App, where you can see your Active Creature
4. Krafties Wiki, where you can browse the wiki within your viewer
Click the desired app to open- you will see a white window pop up in the middle of your viewer. Follow the instructions to open and activate the window.
The window will appear shaded. Double click the window and it will come into focus (activate). If you are having trouble activating the window- click the sky or the ground, then click the window again.
After you bring the window in "focus", you can navigate as desired. You can also relocate on your screen by dragging it by the top-bar.

Extras

When someone self invites by touching a player's pet, the owner of that pet will get the reward
When invited multiple times, only the last one to send the invite gets the reward
You can accept multiple invites from many people
Invite Reward is Free Energy (no transfer)
You do not need to be online to be rewarded
You will be given confirmation when rewarded in local chat (if you are offline you will receive the notification when you log on)
If you have been invited before but not rezzed your creature, the last person who invited you will be the new inviter.
You have unlimited time to claim your creature. (this means waking it up by rezzing)
There is no limit on how many people you can invite

Reward for Invites

When a person gets the honor of having invited someone else, they get rewarded with 75 Energy (150 if Gold Membership) which is added to the HUD, but only once the new player has reached an Overall level 4 on their creature.
